Here at Bargain Wells we endeavour to provide you with the best prices and service possible. Any item that is lost in transit, damaged on arrival or that becomes damaged after limited use will be refunded or replaced with no argument when the relevant evidence is provided (if applicable). Due to this policy being in place if we suspect any user of our site is attempting to exploit this policy for free products or refunds then we retain the right to remove site privileges, meaning you will no longer be able to purchase items through us.

Our Customer Service will always do their upmost to help you with any issue you may have and will follow our policy strictly. We will do our best to answer your queries within 24 hours of them being sent (not including bank holidays and weekends). Abuse or aggression of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in a removal of site privileges.

Whilst we would hope that our items are as useful and effective for all our buyers, we understand that this is not always the case. All of our healthcare products are natural remedies meaning they will not work the same for everyone and some items may just not be suitible for some individuals. We urge you to have look at all of our products and suggested items at the bottom of our product pages if you are unsure of which products will be suitable then Bargain Wells is always here to help you decide if you wish to contact us before purchasing. Our items are priced as low as possible in order for buyers to try the products out without the high price tags. Whilst it might be tempting to stock up before knowing if a product works for you, unless you are confident about the product you are purchasing it may be best to buy one to test at first and then once you are happy with your purchase you can purchase more. This way we avoid unnessecary returns.
