Instructions:
 
-Simply push the ON/OFF button to power the device on then place the metal probe into whatever you need a temperature reading from. 

- The temperature reading will then begin climbing or falling to the temperature of the substance being measured. 

-Push the MAX/MIN button to view the highest and lowest temperature reading of the item/substance you are probing.

-Push the °C/°F to view the display in either Centigrade or Fahrenheit
