Your item was dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 3 pm or the next working day if ordered after 3 pm so it will be with the Royal Mail.

You will have received a confirmation email telling you when your item was dispatched. It will have been sent to the email that you provided at checkout. Be sure to check your junk mail if it isn't showing up.

Royal Mail suggests;

-10 working days before an RM48 item is considered lost in transit.

-4 working days before an RM24 item is considered lost in transit.

So even if other orders that were placed before this one are arriving, this order could still be facing delays within their system.

All items have to travel through different areas and post offices to reach their final destinations, so many different factors out of our control could be causing delays between our local post office and your local post office.
