Our Shipping Policy

All items purchased through Bargain Wells will be dispatched the same working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) if ordered before 3:00 pm. Small orders will arrive as large letters, so as long as you have a letter box you will not need to be in to receive it.

 

UK Delivery Options:
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK
 

PLEASE NOTE: IF AN ORDER IS MADE AT THE WEEKEND OR A BANK HOLIDAY IT WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY. YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. ALL ORDERS MADE ON WEEKDAYS (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS) WILL BE DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY IF ORDERED BEFORE 3PM.   

 

FREE STANDARD (RM48): This is the default postage for orders under £5. It is completely free and will arrive in an estimated 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. This is only an estimated delivery service, so if your order has been 10 working days or more in transit then please contact us and we will follow it up with the Royal Mail.

RM24: Royal Mails RM24 postage which can be selected on the checkout page will arrive in an estimated 1-2 working days at a small charge. For orders over £5 a FREE EXPRESS option will be selected by default, meaning no extra charge will be added for this delivery option. Again this is only an estimate and if your item has been in transit for 4 working days or more then please contact us and we will follow it up with the Royal Mail.  
 
Special delivery before 1pm: This is the only guaranteed day delivery service, these items will arrive before 1pm the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If your item has not arrived by the end of the next working day then please contact us.
 
For very large orders or wholesale orders we may have to change your order onto an alternative shipping method from the one selected at checkout with no extra cost to you. This will still include the same service speed you selected and all these orders will include tracking. We can discuss wholesale orders before hand to let you know the best method of getting the order to you. You can discuss this with us by clicking on the “I want to talk about something else” button on the HELP AND CONTACT page or by clicking on the WHOLESALE button on the bar at the top of every page.

Our International Shipping Policy

Here at Bargain Wells we offer worldwide shipping at the best price we can offer.
 
International Shipping Options:
International Tracked: This option can be selected that the checkout and will include full tracking where possible for you package. In some countries cases full tracking is not possible so the method will be switched to International Signed at no extra cost to the buyer and will include partial tracking to let you know the package has been dispatched and when it is received by the destination country’s couriers. Tracked shipping should arrive in an with an estimated 7 days. However this is still only an estimate and can be subjected to delays that are out of our control, meaning a slightly later arrival date than expected. If your item has been in transit for 15 working days or more then please contact us and we will follow it up with the Royal Mail.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after you received your item. 

However we do advise that returns are not always necessary. If the mistake is on our end, the item breaks too easily or you recieve a faulty item then we would not expect you to return the order. 

We would instead rectify the issue with either a replacement item(s) or a refund. This is due to the nature of most of our items, as they will have most likely have been worn or used before a return is made. 

We would only be disposing of the item if it has been used, so we wouldn’t expect you to go through the trouble of packing it up for return. 

If the return reason is due to a change of mind or a buyers mistake then the item can be returned with the buyer paying for return postage.
