We will then review the request within the next working day.

If we believe that we were at fault then a return may not be necessary. Instead a full refund or replacement will be issued and we kindly ask that if you have no use for the item, that you dispose of it.

If the customer was at fault and wishes to return the item for a full refund then we will contact you back with details on how to return the item. The customer will need to pay for return postage in these instances. For small orders the cheapest option is generally Royal Mail 2nd class large letter postage for orders within the UK.
