Q. My order hasn’t arrive in the time stated what should I do?
A. First of all check which shipping method you selected, if you hadn’t selected the guaranteed next day delivery then the delivery time is only estimated and can be subjected to delays with the Royal Mail.
For an RM48 postage order, if it has been over 10 working days then please contact us by following the buttons below. 
For an RM24 postage order, if it has been over 4 working days then please contact us by following the buttons below. 
Also please note your order won’t be dispatched during Weekends or Bank Holidays so if you’ve placed an order on Friday afternoon after 3pm it will not be dispatched until Monday meaning the first working day in transit will be Tuesday.

Q. What do I do if I’ve received the wrong order or the wrong amount of items?
A. If there has been an error with your order then please use the contact form and attach a photo of how your order arrived so we can rectify this for you. Please note a lot of our items look very similar so simply describing the item can be hard for us to tell whether it is incorrect without the photo.

Q. My item has broken very easily or arrived damaged, what can I do?
A. At Bargain Wells we try our best to quality check our items before they are sent but we have extremely large quantities of items being processed daily. In order to keep them in a new condition sometimes we are only able to perform visual checks. This means in some cases it can be extremely difficult to tell whether an item is poor quality or faulty until a customer has tried it out.
If your item has broken way too easily or arrived damaged then you can use the contact form to attach a photo and so we can look into rectifying the issue for you.
